We are often asked to act as consultants, offering professional advice on making homes safer and accessible for those who are frail or have disabilities.
Of course, when designing small adaptations (bathroom and kitchen adaptations for example) we carry this out as part of the design development and to ensure that all facilities are fit for purpose for the individual. We also incorporate Occupational Therapists to ensure that the design will benefit the client completely.

But sometimes we are requested to act purely as consultants as part of a multi-discipline design or procurement team.

We‘ve previously been engaged by Case Managers and Solicitors to assist in house buying for disabled customers – to ensure that the house is suitable for large-scale adaptations and to forecast their budgets.

We are experienced in all methods of building from traditional to off site fabricated and can make practical recommendations for adaptations to all property types.
