• XY hoisting to cover bedroom and bathroom including fixed gate through doorway
• Front driveway replacement with ramped access to widened front door
• Levelled flooring throughout ground floor

The property had been refurbished by developers shortly before purchase.

Adaptation Design Ltd had acted as property finder and adaptation designers. John Ford Group were instructed to carry out the adaptation via a JCT minor works contract including Contractors Design (mechanical and electrical).

Following a 10 week programme – works were handed over on time and budget.
