Proposed Conversion:

Remodelling of ground floor to include new accessible ensuite with specialist bath and hoisting. Adaptations include:

• Strip out and remodelling of two rooms to form bedroom and separate bathroom.
• XY Hoisting covering both rooms via pocket doors
• Installation of specialist bath

The Project:

Following an accident at home, our client was left paralysed after NHS negligence and required adaptations to his bungalow. This included remodelling of two rooms to make an accessible bathroom with level access shower (to accommodate shower stretcher) and specialist bath.

Hoisting was required to cover both rooms via a pocket door. But the most important aspect of this adaptation was a TV in both rooms where our client could watch his beloved Tottenham Hotspur from bed and bath!
